Information we may collect
We may collect basic analytics data, device and browser information, referral sources, contact email details, security logs, and aggregate interaction information needed to operate and improve the site.
If a reader contacts us by email, we use the provided email address and message contents to respond, review a correction, or handle the inquiry described by the reader. Please do not send passwords, passport details or confidential documents.
How we use information
We use information to improve lessons and site features, measure performance, respond to readers, prevent spam or abuse, fix broken links, and understand which learning situations are useful.
Learning pages
The initial lessons can be read without registration. Opening the English explanation or an answer does not require submitting a response form. The lessons do not ask you to upload recordings or personal documents.
Third-party services
Hosting, security, analytics and other site services may process technical information under their own privacy policies. The Site Kit AdSense code insertion used by the former site was turned off during the learning-site relaunch; this does not mean that all other third-party services or cookies have been removed.
Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers or similar technologies to measure performance, prevent abuse and understand visits. Where advertising features are enabled, those technologies may also be used for advertising.

When you press “Show forecast” on the home page, your browser requests a city-level forecast from MET Norway. Your device location is not requested. MET Norway receives the connection IP address and the coordinates of the city you selected, and records API access logs. Forecast requests are made only when you press the button; temporary forecast data is held in page memory. See MET Norway’s data and access information.

선택형 학습 저장 · Optional study storage
한글 기초·한국 생활·TOPIK 연습에서 기기 저장을 선택하면 답, 작성한 글, 자기 점검과 학습 완료 기록을 해당 브라우저의 로컬 저장소에 보관합니다. 이 기능은 입력 내용을 서버로 전송하지 않고 기기 간 동기화를 하지 않습니다. 해당 페이지에서 선택을 해제하면 그 페이지의 저장 기록을 삭제합니다. 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제로도 지울 수 있습니다. 공용 기기에서는 저장하지 않는 것을 권합니다. 개인정보를 입력할 필요는 없습니다.
When you opt in to on-device saving, the Hangeul, Korean life and TOPIK exercises store your responses, writing, self-checks and completion in this browser’s local storage. This feature does not transmit your entries to our server or sync between devices. Uncheck the option on a page to delete its stored practice, or clear site data in your browser. Avoid saving on a shared device. No personal details are required.
